Red Light Therapy for Wrinkles: What the Science Actually Says
Separating the peer-reviewed evidence from the marketing hype around photobiomodulation for skin aging

Walk into any beauty retailer or scroll through skincare social media, and you will encounter red light therapy devices promising to erase wrinkles, restore collagen, and reverse years of aging.
